How to be Lords of the Universe, Part II

The fourth speech from the Canadian Theopolitans Conference.  This speech really gets to the heart of the practical outworking of what Paul is teaching in 1 Corinthians 3.  We are not revolutionary.  We are not slaves. We are willing to suffer for the freedom unto righteousness that we have in Christ. It is in the church’s suffering that the power of the gospel is revealed.

I owe a thanks to James Wood’s piece on Hoedemaker and Kuyper ad Fontes.  Read it here.  He drew out for me the two phrases from Hoedemaker, which I use extensively in this speech: “A state with a Bible” and “The whole church and the whole naiton.”
